Toutges, James Edward

James E. Toutges, 30. He lived in Lead, South Dakota with his wife and five children. His body was recovered on Box Elder Creek five miles north of Rapid City. He was survived by his wife, three sons and two daughters. Buried in the Mountain Lawn Cemetery, Lead, South Dakota.
