Description
Marvin Pepper, 23. He was a Staff Sergeant at Ellsworth AFB. He was working with REACT trying to save lives when he perished. He was survived by his pregnant wife, his parents and one sister. Buried in the Forest Lawn Cemetery, Columbus, Ohio.
