Neofer, Michael T.

Michael Neofer, 18. He was with four other young people from the Chicago area that came out to help in the flood. He perished in the second down pour on June 17th when the car they were in sank in the over flowing drainage ditch on E. Mead Street. He was survived by his parents and one sister. Buried in Blue Island, IL.
