Delores Larvie was born February 7, 1970 in Rapid City South Dakota, and Julie Ann Larvie was born April 1, 1952 in South Dakota to Wallace Larvie and Lillian Witt. They lived at 204 11th Street Rapid City with their mother.

She is buried with her sister and Charles Young who also died in the flood.
They are survived by their father, brothers Philip and Dave, of Rapid City, Slyvestor, Vern and Leo and a sister Lucy. An Uncle Charles Witt and an Aunt Edna Brown of Rapid City.
