Born on November 21, 1923 to Ralph and Clara (Mallen) Baxter in St. Louis, Missouri. Owned the La Femme women’s clothing store from 1962 to 1971, and sold the business to sell real estate for Don Carlson Realty. Predeceased by her husband, Ralph, in 1967. She was survived by one son and one daughter. Originally buried in the Black Hills National Cemetery, and moved to the Mount Calvary Cemetery in Rapid City, SD, with her husband in 1991.
