[Southeast quarter, northwest quarter, section 9, township 1 north, range 7 east] Evacuated home about 10:30 p.m., swept away by flood waters; Sons took refuge in house which was destroyed - eldest escaped to roof of another house, youngest climbed on car, was pulled to a roof top by father; Mr. and Mrs. Beaudette excaped to roof of a house; Daughter climbed poplar tree, then onto roof; Observation of flood and debris; Rescue by National Guard about 2 a.m.
