Roger was born July 16, 1954 in Aberdeen SD to Calvin Tadlock and Lucille Bothello. He graduated from Central High School in May. He had come to Rapid City about a week before the flood.
Roger is survived by his parents two brothers, Paul and Randy: one sister, Carol Hoff of Sioux Falls SD and his paternal grandmother Mrs JE Tadlock SR of Aberdeen.
He was buried in Riverside Cemetery in Aberdeen.

Mary L. Swanson, 11. She lived with her mother at 1040 E. Ohio Street. She was survived by her mother. Buried in the Pine Lawn Cemetery, Rapid City.

George A. Sumners, 35. He was a Rapid City Fireman that perished in the flood. He was survived by his wife, one son and two sisters. Buried in White River, South Dakota.

Alberta Star, 29. She lived at 301 North 5th Street with her two children, who perished with her at their home. She was survived by her father. Buried with her young daughter in her arms, at the Holy Rosary Cemetery, Pine Ridge, South Dakota.
