Phillips, Freeman Franklin
Description
Freeman F. Phillips, 21. He was a member of the National Guard and perished while trying to save a person from a stranded car near Box Elder Creek. He was survived by his parents, his wife, one brother and one sister. Buried in the Black Hills National Cemetery.
