Description
Janice E. Hall, 25. Perished by being swept away in a car with her sister. Her sister clung to a tree all night and survived. Janice was survived by her husband, her parents, two brothers and three sisters. Buried in the Cool Springs United Methodist Church Cemetery, Delplane, VA.
